A look back at the soundtrack from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. From the fiery roars of Dragonborn, to the atmospheric snowfall of Secunda. The release features five piano arrangements, all arranged and performed by me. Most of the arrangements are beginner friendly, with the exception being Dragonborn. It’s both the longest and the most challenging piece, and also includes The Dragonborn Comes.
The third track Ancient Stones was one of the first songs I ever learned, and that’s why it’s transcribed into an easier key signature. I have fond memories of performing this piece for my engineering class at university, and I still love playing it to this day!
The cover art was drawn by Phil Dragash. The album was released in March of 2020, it was licensed and distributed with Soundrop to 20 different platforms. Skyrim – Piano Tales has accumulated over 200.000 streams across all platforms.
