My tribute album to John Powell’s amazing How to Train Your Dragon scores, featuring five piano arrangements from key moments of the series. As per usual, a lot of thought went into the track selection. Various bonus tracks and motifs are spread throughout the album. The story may be concluded, but the adventures of Hiccup and Toothless will never be forgotten. 

Romantic Flight turned out to be the “hit” of this release, probably because of it’s beautiful, serenading melody. I highly recommend it for intermediate players. There’s two slower pieces; Legend Has It is a small medley of several HTTYD motifs, and Stoick is a combination of Stoick Saves Hiccup and Stoick’s Ship. The last two pieces, Test Drive and Once There Were Dragons are faster and more challenging to play!

The album artwork was drawn by Vibrant Crow, and album was released in May of 2019. It was licensed and distributed through Soundrop to 20 different platforms. Melodies of Berk has been streamed over 400.000 times across all platforms.
