Emotional Anime on Piano

Emotional Anime on Piano is an album series that features a plethora of different piano arrangements based on memorable anime soundtracks. Ten anime series are represented on each iteration. With each volume, I try to paint certain moods and emotions that are related to the tracks and anime that are included. This also carries over to the cover artwork, that is beautifully drawn by Phil Dragash. My vision is to create a spectrum of hand-picked, high quality piano covers that represents anime soundtracks and their feelings as a whole.

For example, with volume no. 3 that is titled “Courage & Glory” and depicts a bloody battlefield, the anime I have picked all have some relation to war. That being said, an entire cover album of action themes would be tiring, so I made sure not all of the pieces picked are of that nature.

The album series started in December of 2018, and has been streamed over 15 million times across platforms.
